ICCI always highlights problems of business community at all forums-Yassar Sakhi Butt March 29, 2012
Meeting at ICCI
 
A delegation of Traders Welfare Association of Jinnah Super Market led by its president Mr.Ejaz Abbasi visited Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Speaking on the occasion, Yassar Sakhi Butt, President ICCI congratulated Mr. Muhammad Ejaz Abbasi for being elected as the President of Traders Welfare Association of F-7, Jinnah Super Market and welcomed all the members of Association to ICCI.

He said that these interactions provide us opportunity to discuss problems being faced by the traders of different sectors and highlight the same at relevant forums for resolving them. He said that ICCI has always been working for the cause of business community so that they could be facilitated in promoting their businesses smoothly.

Mr.Munawar Mughal, former President ICCI Said that maximum traders should get the membership of ICCI and strengthen its hands so that it could fight for their rights more effectively. He said that ICCI always promoted the interests of all traders and industrialists without any discrimination.

Mr.Ejaz Abbasi, President Traders Welfare Association Jinnah Super Market said that business community of Jinnah Super Market has particular association with ICCI and ICCI has also elected majority of its Presidents from that area, which shows the level of our bilateral close relations.

He said that non-existence of a balanced rent law in the federal capital was the main cause of rising rent disputes between tenants and landlords and this situation was also affecting business activities. He said that with the efforts of ICCI, document of a balanced rent control act has reached the parliament and expressed hope that it would soon be made into a law.
