New Membership Fee

Note: Half fee will be charged only on annual subscription for new membership and re-admission from 1st October to 31st March.

  • Copy of the latest income tax return for the preceding year.
  • Copy of Sales Tax Return, if applicable/registered.
  • Membership I.D.Card Form
  • In case of any change in the business address, please provide a copy of lease deed/allotment letter along with request for change of address.

  • Copy of the latest income tax return for the preceding year.
  • Copy of Sales Tax Return, if applicable/registered.
  • Copy of electricity bill of last month
  • Membership I.D.Card Form
  • In case of any change in the business address, please provide a copy of lease deed/allotment letter along with request for change of address.
