Are you passionate about driving HR excellence and supporting employee success? A well-established organization in Islamabad is looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs
  2. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation activities
  3. Manage HR operations including attendance, leave records, and employee files
  4. Coordinate training and development programs
  5. Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and grievance redressal
  6. Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining documentation

Requirements:

MBA in HRM or related field

3–5 years of proven HR experience in a corporate environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
