Provincial Assembly of Sindh has enacted the Sindh Workers Welfare Fund Act, 2014 (Sindh Act No. XXXIII of 2015) hereinafter referred to as the “Act”. All industrial establishments, as defined in section 2(g) of the Act, are therefore required to pay Sindh Workers Welfare Fund (SWWF) into Sindh Government’s exchequer for the accounting year commencing on or after the date of closing of account on or after 31st December, 2013 as per section 5(3) of the Act. The Act has come into force w.e.f 04th June, 2015. In this regard, a step-wise guide on the payment procedure of the SWWF is available at the following link of Sindh Revenue Board : –
