The first elections for Islamabad Greens Lions Club were held. Muhammad Shakeel Munir has been elected as President, Chaudhry Mohammad Ali and Neelam Khalid as Vice Presidents, Engineer Azharul Islam Secretary General, Gul Sher Sajjad Finance Secretary, Sheikh Jamshed Club Administrator, Chaudhry Javed Iqbal Club Director, Adnan Mukhtar Chairman Club Membership, Saima Huma Chairperson Club Marketing and Raja Ambassador as Club Coordinator. The new Office Bearers will serve for the year 2022-2023

Multiple Council Lions Chairman Iqbal Javed, Sheikh Amir Waheed, Muhammad Naveed Malik, Chaudhry Masood, Tahir Abbasi, Ashfaq Chatha and others congratulated the newly elected Office Bearers of Islamabad Greens Lions Club.

Speaking on the occasion, the newly elected President, Islamabad Greens Lions Club Muhammad Shakeel Munir expressed his determination that he would try to play a positive role for the betterment of the society through this platform. He thanked the members of the Club for electing him as President and vowed that he would try his best to deliver up to their expectations from this platform. He said that he would play his active role especially for the development of the country, for the betterment of the society and especially, for the welfare of the weaker sections.

He also congratulated other newly elected team of Islamabad Greens Lions Club. He said that it was an honor for him to lead the first elected cabinet of Islamabad Greens Lions Club and reiterated that he would use all his abilities to strengthen this platform with the help of his team, so that this platform achieves its goals effectively and its performance becomes a great precedent for the newcomers.

The newly elected Vice Presidents of the Club Chaudhry Muhammad Ali, Neelam Khalid and other members of the cabinet also expressed their views and assured the newly elected President Muhammad Shakeel Munir of their full support for achieving the goals of the Club.
