It is to inform you that industrial units / businesses with confirmed export orders can apply for exemption from the lockdown through their regional District Commissioner office / TDAP office, by providing the following documentary proof;

• 1. L/C of confirmed orders
• 2. Proforma invoice of confirmed orders
• 3. Confirmed purchase orders with specific details of sellers & buyers
• 4. Undertaking on stamp paper of Rs. 100/  from the exporter that products/commodities shall not be sold in the domestic market and the mentioned order is bonafide
• 5. Undertaking shall be obtained from the applicant industrialist that they will operate their units in compliance with certain terms and conditions, Health, Safety and Environmental protocols etc.
