Today I visited Nandana Fort where Al Buruni spent years in an Observatory and measured the circumference of the earth with amazing accuracy almost a 1000 years ago . We have decided to preserve the site and build an infrastructure there so it becomes accessible to tourists.

Okara people are cricket mad, like most other places in 🇵🇰! As AC Okara, used to play regularly. Even Tape-ball cricket matches under floodlights used to draw over 5,000 spectators! Really loved my time there & am still friends with many local cricketers!

Public Parks are such a blessing in every city! We are lucky to have the Model Town Park close to our home at Lahore. Went for a walk there today, after about 7 years; 1st time since shifting to Isloo. What a delight to walk there & also to see the public enjoying the evening!
